The DoorSpot CRM stores every contact and company you work with — guests, owners, billing parties, vendors, and corporate clients — in one searchable place, so you always know who you're talking to and can reach them without leaving DoorSpot.
Good to know
A contact won't receive any automated emails from DoorSpot until it's assigned a role, such as billing party, guest, or owner. Once assigned, DoorSpot sends them an automated email inviting them to create their own account.
You can edit a contact's email only before they've signed in for the first time. DoorSpot uses email as the account username, so once they've signed in, they have to make that change themselves.
Smart Lists update themselves automatically based on filters like tags or email domain; Static Lists are a fixed group you build by hand. Keep Tags current so Smart Lists stay accurate.
Linking contacts to the companies they belong to keeps your CRM's relationships — not just names — up to date.
