It gives them full access to view any outstanding invoices, notes they have documented in the past, or their team has about the tenant. It gives the tenants full contact information as well.
Click on a tenant on the Tenant tab; you will be directed to the Tenants profile
On the tenant's Profile, you can edit their contact information. Add documents and notes so everyone on the team can be on the same page. You will also see outstanding and future invoices.
