Create Service Requests and managing the workflow

Service requests are always going to occur as a landlord. They can be stressful for finances, communication, and tracking when it is completed. We understand all of it, so we made creating service requests simple and easy to manage.

Click the New Request button in the Service Center, and the side draw will open. Enter the property and unit that requested the service. Provide details of what you would like the maintenance team to accomplish. Provide notes if the tenant has pets or information you think will be helpful for the team to know.

Click continue and upload any photos of the issue. Then click Create Request

Click on the request.

You should now be on the request page. Here is where you manage the entire workflow, from assigning a vendor/teammate to resolving, canceling, or scheduling the day and time of the request. Any notes or documents you or your team upload, everyone who has permission to have access to it will.
