Suppose you have one property or over 200 units. DoorSpot has made it simple to manage all your properties and units with the Portfolio Tab, from searching for a property or portfolio to adding, editing, deleting, entering notes, and sharing a URL to a listing. You will be able to invite your property manager from the portfolio tab.
The portfolio tab is where you will manage all of your portfolios, properties, and units.
DoorSpot Tip: The Hierarchy is Portfolios are made up of all your Properties. If you have property which is a multi-family home you have Units (apartments, etc).
On the portfolio tab, you will see that you can see all of your properties, and you can switch to a list of all of your units. You can also filter down by portfolio name, city, and state. DoorSpot makes it simple for you to navigate to the property you are looking for.
