Creating a portfolio with DoorSpot is simple. It allows you to manage and organize based on city, state, or if you have multiple property managers by the managers themselves. It gives you a top-level view of how one property performs or if the excellent performance is based on the location or manager managing them.
Click on the add portfolio button.
A side draw will open up. Enter a title and click save.
Click on the three dots to edit or delete a portfolio as well.
