Bookkeeping > Payables lists every bill you owe vendors across all your units in one place, so you can see what's outstanding or overdue and act on it without opening each unit.
Steps
Go to Bookkeeping > Payables in the left sidebar. The list opens filtered to Outstanding payables, which includes any that are overdue.
To change which payables you see, click the Status filter, select Outstanding, Overdue, or Paid, then click Done. You can select one status at a time.
Narrow the list further with the other filters: Search by payee name, Amount due, Due date, Scheduled, or Vendor. Click Clear all to remove every filter.
Review each payable's Payee Name, Description, Recurring (a check mark means it repeats), Status, Due Date, and Amount Due.
To act on a payable, click the ⋮ menu at the end of its row. On an unpaid payable (Outstanding or Overdue), choose Details, Edit, Pay bill, Print check, Record a payment, Pause payables, or Delete. On a paid payable, the menu offers only Details, Edit, and Delete.
Good to know
To add a new bill, click Create Payable at the top of the page.
The Batches button next to Create Payable opens the batches of payables that were created together.
A payable is Overdue once its due date has passed and it hasn't been paid.
Troubleshooting
A payable you expect is missing: The list starts filtered to Outstanding. Open the Status filter and select Paid, or click Clear all.
Too many results: Use Vendor or Search by payee name to see one vendor's bills.
You can't see Payables in the sidebar: Payables is available to Admin users only. Ask an Admin on your account for access.
