You will see the row highlight to confirm your selection. Make sure you are selecting the correct reservation by checking the property name, tenant name, and booking dates.

On Step 3: Signers, you will add all the people who need to sign the document. The counter in the top-right corner (e.g. "0 of 2") shows how many signers you have added out of the total required. You can add signers in three ways:

    • Select from a reservation — Use the "Search reservations…" dropdown to automatically pull in the tenant or contact linked to a reservation.

    • Select from contacts — Use the "Search contacts…" dropdown to find and add someone from your CRM contact list.

    • Add new signer — Click "Add new signer" to manually enter the signer's name and email address if they are not already in the system.

Once all required signers have been added, click Next to continue.

    • Signers — Lists all added signers in signing order, along with their email addresses.

    • Subject (required) — Enter the email subject line that signers will see in their inbox (e.g. "Lease signature request").

    • Message (optional) — Add a personalised message that will appear in the body of the email (e.g. "Signature request from Corporate Home Away"). This helps give signers context before they open the document.

    • Expires in (required) — Set the number of days signers have to complete the signature request. The valid range is 1 to 90 days. The exact expiry date will be calculated and displayed to the right of the field.

Once everything is reviewed and filled in, click Send Request. Each signer will receive an email with a personal link to sign the document. Signers must complete the document in the order they were added.
