What is a custom export?
A custom export allows you to pull specific reservation data from your account and save it as a spreadsheet. This spreadsheet lets you share your data with DoorSpot.
Find Custom Exports
Management → Other → Custom Export Module → Reservation Exports
Once there, you'll see a screen with several sections that let you choose what data to include in your export.
With the unit and reservation data selected, you can now download your data as a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will save as a .CSV file.
Once your data is exported, share it with your onboarding specialist or import it using DoorSpot's import tool.
Upload your current and historical data to DoorSpot
To import your data, first navigate to the Import tool.
