What Are Sender Fields?

When you create an e-signature document in DoorSpot (such as a lease agreement, guest contract, or owner agreement), you'll see a set of Sender Fields that need to be completed before the document is sent.

These fields automatically populate information into the document template, ensuring that:

  • The correct signer information appears on the agreement

  • Dates are accurate and consistent

  • Contact information is captured for follow-up

  • Legal requirements are met

Think of Sender Fields as the "fill-in-the-blank" section that prepares your document before it goes out for signature.
