The Rent Roll report reports both sides of a unit's money at once: what the tenant owes and has paid, and what is owed to and has been paid out to the owner.

Go to Reports → Rent Roll.

Each unit's row lists Tenant Billed, Tenant Paid, and Tenant Due alongside Owner Posted, Owner Pending, and Owner Paid.

Because the two sides are reported separately, a unit whose tenant has paid in full reads as paid even before the matching owner payable has been generated — the tenant and owner columns don't have to move together.
