Filter your units down to the ones you want to show someone, then share the results as a link or embed them on a website — no DoorSpot login needed to view the shared page.
Steps
Go to Bookings > Properties/Units in the left sidebar.
Use the filters — Availability, Location, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Unit tags, or + Advanced for more — to narrow the list to the units you want to share.
Click Saved filters, then Save current as filter set, and enter a Filter group name.
Under "Are you sharing this filter set with someone you know?" choose Yes to link it to a tenant or lead in your CRM, or No to skip that — you get a shareable link either way.
Under Units, uncheck anything you don't want included, then click Save.
Click the filter set's name, now shown as Using "[name]" filter set, and select Share & Embed from the dropdown.
Click Copy link under Share Link for a direct URL to a branded listings page, or copy one of the embed codes to add the list to a website.
Good to know
Full Page Embed has search filters and a grid/list toggle — good for a dedicated "Browse Properties" page.
Compact List Embed drops the header and branding — good for embedding alongside other content.
Saved filter sets live under Saved filters. Reopen one anytime to edit it, change sharing, or delete it.
Troubleshooting
Can't find "Save current as filter set": It's inside the Saved filters dropdown, not on the individual filter chips.
The shared page is missing a unit: Open the filter set and check which units were checked under Selected when you saved it.
