Add the people who work with you in Settings > Team and give each one a role. The role controls what they can see and do, so keep financial access to the people who need it.
Steps
Go to Settings > Team in the left sidebar. The table lists everyone on your account with their First name, Last name, Email, Role(s), and Last login.
Click Add team member. The Add a team member panel opens.
Enter the person's Name (first and last) and Email. Phone, Nickname, Pronoun(s), and Address are optional.
Under Role(s), choose one or more roles: Admin, Property manager, or Maintenance. See What each role can do below.
Click Save. DoorSpot emails the person an invitation. Until they log in, they're listed under Invited members at the bottom of the Team page.
What each role can do
Admin: Create reservations and tasks, manage and view tasks, manage transactions and deposits, and use the mobile app. Also has access to financial and subscription settings, so give it only to people you trust with them.
Property manager: Create reservations and tasks, manage and view tasks, manage transactions and deposits, and use the mobile app.
Maintenance: Be assigned tasks, manage and view tasks, and use the mobile app. Can't create reservations or tasks, and can't manage transactions or deposits.
Good to know
To change someone's details or role, click ⋯ on their row and select Edit. Select Delete to remove them from your account.
For someone who hasn't accepted yet, click ⋯ on their row under Invited members and select Resend invitation or Delete invitation.
Under Maintenance request visibility on the same page, choose whether maintenance team members and vendors see Only requests assigned to them (recommended) or All of the company's service requests in their portal.
Team invitations are sent even if you've turned off System Emails in Settings > Invitations.
Troubleshooting
The person didn't get the invitation: Check the email address under Invited members, ask them to check their spam folder, then use Resend invitation.
