✍️Create a reservation – Walk through the process of initiating a booking, whether for a direct client or internal team use.

📆View and manage all reservations – Track active, pending, or past stays using filtered lists and calendar views.

📆Modify an existing reservation – Refine reservation details, including dates, rates, unit assignments, and more.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑Add a new contact in the CRM – Store key details about tenants, corporate clients, and owners.

📅Share reservation calendars – Easily share availability and upcoming stays with team members or external partners.

✉️Update Email Templates – Update our message headers and footers.

Navigate the Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is your go-to resource for learning DoorSpot. It includes step-by-step instructions, videos, and interactive images to guide you through every feature.
